One morning, 3 years ago I could not lift my body out of bed as a result of a sharp pain and a stiff painful lower back. Sought help, advice, and treatment from a recommended local manual therapy chiropractor. Following physical and X-ray assessments I learned that my condition was the result of a natural disk deterioration of the spine. I proceeded with adjustment treatments as advised by the doctor. I was pleased with the adjustme nts achieved during the first year. However, in the following 2 years, I became increasingly dissatisfied but gave the progress a chance. The adjustments become more painful and brief (6 to 2) minutes. Without my consistent applicable home exercises, the adjustments were not managing the pain. I decided to seek treatment elsewhere. After some research, I came upon Divine Spine Yorkdale. I met Dr. Ashraf and agreed to proceed with a set of 7 computerized chiropractic adjustments. I was very pleased with the adjustments. My back pain became increasingly manageable. I am now on a monthly adjustments/maintenance program. The computerized adjustments were thorough, and noninvasive, with appropriate time given. Dr. Ashraf was very professional, very respectful, and mindful of my personal condition and needs. His support staff was accommodating and pleasant. I was very impressed with the computerized adjustments.
